进口贸易客户服务代表（上海）- 化工部 Customer Services Representatives -Chemical Business(职位编号:CHEM-CSR)
Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for a whole array of customer service activities ranging from processing customer orders, fulfilling delivery commitment, to invoicing customers for the delivered goods. The position incumbent will be expected to work closely with Sales and Supply Chain personnels.
Key responsibilities include:
-Accepting customer orders on behalf of Sales and entering them into the SAP/R3 system
-Ensuring that the level of service provided to customers is consistent with the service level agreement
-To act as a single point of contact for designated customers and follow up customers inquires/feedbacks
-Ensuring that order exceptions are handled in timely manner
-Issuing customer invoices in a timely manner

Requirements of Candidate:
-Proficiency in English required
-University Degree or equivalent
-Candidate with working experience in shipping, import & export document and LC document handling will be an added advantage
-Working experience in Customer Service/Trading / Supply Chain/Logistics preferred
-Hands-on experience with ERP system will be an added advantage
-Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a global / virtual environment.
-Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision
