Responsibility:
---Handle material purchasing function for oversea vendors;
---Release PO to suppliers in time, comfirm delivery schedule with suppliers;
---Confirm material availability to planning and customer service teams;
---Follow up on PO delivery status and shipping document;
---Follow up on supplier quality issue, arrange material return to supplier and get replacement when necessary.
Candidate Profile:
---Bachelor Degree with major in Mechanical Engineering preferable;
---One year experience in purchasing;
---Have basic knowledge in material purchasing and international
trading terms;
---Knowledge of document handling and MRP/ERP systems;
---Can read and write basic English,
---Ability of understanding and speaking of Cantonese an advantage.
