Responsibilities:
-General oversee the trading agency management, shipping agency management, shipping arrangement, customs clearance management, etc.
-Offer complex product and shipment quotations as per customer’s enquiries
-Prepare and review sales contracts, supervising delivery terms, L/C and other payment terms
-Execute and follow up sales orders and goods delivery
-Coordination of logistics with shipping companies to arrange shipments with agencies as well as internal departments
-Prepare shipping documents to meet customers' requirements
-Be responsible for customs clearance documents to make sure the export/import goods are declared properly
-Be responsible for the calculation of customs clearance related duty and VAT refund.
-Be responsible for the invoices settlement with agencies
-Well management on documents and files of shipping and customs clearance
Requirements:
-College degree or above, majored in Business, or International Trade related discipline preferred.
-At least 3-years of solid Im & Ex related work experience with minimum 2 years in JV or Foreign owned company
-Good understanding of Im & Ex related laws & regulations, Im & Ex Certificate, Customs Certificate is preferred
-Good command of English in speaking, writing, reading and listening.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Be able to relate and communicate with all kinds of people;
-Be able to stay organized, calm and constructive under high stress and frequent changes.
-Highly customer oriented and detail oriented.
-Computer literacy, experience in logistics related software would be an advantage |
