具体要求：

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Identify and access high competitive supplier, new products, new technologies and other sourcing opportunities throughout China
-Drive productivity opportunities with current supply base to deliver deflation target
-Sourcing project management
-Supplier evaluation and management
-Periodically evaluate sourcing alternatives and strategies
-Screen quotation based on deep cost analysis, supplier quality and capability
-Coach internal organizations regarding sourcing, and supplier management
-Research, develop and maintain contacts and relationships to allow for ongoing benchmarking of best-in-class sourcing practices.
-Develop and implement processes that ensure that sourcing strategies are linked to customer satisfaction
-Responsible for the overall development of the companies’ sourcing plan
-Build, develop and manage a top-notch team of 10-15 professionals who can maximize short and long-term business opportunities
-Coach, train and develop team
