职位描述：
Responsibilities:
•Receiving customer purchase order and processing in correspondingly system to ensure all goods can be shipped out on time as promised.
•To coordinate with Sales Associates, sales team and other functional departments in the production and delivery of quality goods and services.
•To handle customer complaints timely according to the Company procedures and service standard
•To maintain updated customer profile
•To proactively share with team on new product/system knowledge and hands-on experience
•接受客户订单并进行系统处理，确保客户的货物能在公司承诺的货期内按时发出；
•与销售及其它部门协调，跟进生产及出货事宜，为客户提供优质的产品和服务
•按照公司流程和服务标准及时处理客户投诉和咨询；
•及时更新和维护客户信息和资料
•主动与团队成员分享和传递新产品或系统的知识和经验

Requirements:
•College degree or above, preferably major in English, sales & marketing, foreign trading and related
•1~2 years working experience in related industry as customer service/sales assistant, order management, material planning etc.
•Proficient in English, Cantonese is an advantage.
•Proficient in computer operation (Windows, MS Office, etc).
•Customer and result oriented, open-minded, self-motivated and self-disciplined
•Quick learner and detail oriented
•Willing to work under pressure
•Strong teamwork and coordination skill
•Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 is preferred
•大专以上学历，市场营销、英文或外贸专业等相关专业；
•1年以上英文跟单员或客户服务、外贸销售助理、船务等相关工作经验；
•良好的英语读写能力，懂粤语者优先
•可熟练使用Windows, MS Office等电脑软件
•良好客服意识，性格开朗，主动，自律
•细心，接受能力强
•可承受较大工作压力
•良好的团队合作精神及协调能力
•懂ISO 9001:2000基础知识者优先
